  • Represent clients in civil litigation, administrative hearings, and regulatory actions
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents
  • Advise clients on risk management, compliance obligations, and proactive legal strategies
